Spa Policies & Etiquette
Below are La Bella Spa’s Policies and basic spa etiquette to help you get the most from your spa visit.
Spa Hours: Wednesdays 10am until 6pm and Fridays 10am until 6pm, all other days and times are by appointments only.
Payment: Cash, check or credit cards are accepted. If you request a receipt, one can be emailed to you.

Cancellations: Your appointments are very important to me. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
Gift Certificates: La Bella Spa offers gift certificates for most services and spa packages. Gift certificates expire six (12) months from the date of purchase. They can be transferred to another person, but they are non-refundable . Gift certificates can be purchased at the spa or online and printed at home. Click to purchase a gift certificate.
As a courtesy, I will send out an email to confirm your service appointments and a reminder email one day before your appointments. Please ensure that I have your current email address on file in order to send these emails that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help me service my guests better.
As, a courtesy, I will send out a text reminder of your appointments 2 hours before your service. If you would appreciate this courtesy, please ensure that I have your cell phone number.
*New Clients: It’s a good idea to show up 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and get settled. We like to take a few extra minutes before the start of each session to assess the goals for your visit as well (i.e. relaxation, back pain relief, allergy relief, better skin complexion, etc.).
Cell Phones: For the sake of your own sanity, please turn off your cell phone or put in “Silence Mode” during your session! You’ll relax better and I’ll be able to better focus on YOU!
